AI Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain the AI execution platform and governance layers.
• Own architecture decisions to productionize AI agent systems at scale.
• Develop evaluation layers for safety, accuracy, and production readiness.
• Create golden test suites, safety checks, and CI gates to prevent unreliable AI from deployment.
• Build portfolio of AI agents supporting business workflows.
• Develop meta-level systems to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and deploying production LLM agent systems used by real users.
• Strong AI evaluation methodology knowledge (golden datasets, judge criteria, safety testing
• Experience designing reliable AI workflows with emphasis on correctness, traceability, and
• Deep API integration with business systems and MCP servers.
• Strong Python, cloud (GCP), data warehouses, and IaC tooling experience.
• Ability to design, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve production systems end to end.
