AI Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain the AI execution platform for reliable, scalable AI systems.
• Own architecture decisions to productionize AI agent systems and ensure platform reliability.
• Develop evaluation layers for safe, accurate, production-ready AI.
• Create golden test suites, safety checks, and CI gates to prevent unreliable AI.
• Build AI agent portfolios supporting business workflows (reporting, drafting, analysis, triage
• Develop meta-level systems to monitor performance and drive platform improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and deploying production LLM agent systems used by real users.
• Strong understanding of AI evaluation methodologies and automated quality gates.
• Experience designing reliable AI workflows with governance, traceability, and correctness.
• Deep API integration with business systems and MCP servers.
• Strong Python skills and experience with cloud platforms (GCP) and IaC tools.
• Ability to independently design, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve production systems end
