📋 Description

• Own the internal AI platform powering all AI features.
• Build a robust Agent Runtime to orchestrate AI workflows in production.
• Design scalable backend services and developer-facing APIs for AI systems.
• Build tooling for evaluation, observability, tracing, and debugging.
• Define AI quality standards, eval frameworks, versioning, reproducibility.
• Collaborate with product and engineering for fast, safe AI delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of software engineering experience (mid to senior)
• Backend systems, platform engineering, or internal dev platforms
• TypeScript and Node.js (JavaScript ecosystem)
• Modern AI system design: agentic architectures, tool use, orchestration
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek)
• Observability, logging, tracing, and evaluation systems
