AI Portfolio & Business Enablement Manager

📋 Description

• Owning the end-to-end AI portfolio management process, including the intake, triage
• Partnering in and contributing to the Quarterly Portfolio Review (QPR) process to assess AI
• Maintaining a consolidated view of all active, planned, and retired AI initiatives, including
• Serving as the primary liaison for AI governance stakeholders, including Security, Legal, Privacy
• Maintaining Convera's AI governance framework, including policies, standards, controls, escalation

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in portfolio management, program management, technology
• A Master's degree in Business, Technology Management, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related
• Demonstrated experience designing and operating technology or AI portfolio governance processes
• A proven track record of developing and maintaining governance frameworks, risk controls, policies
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Experience developing and tracking ROI, value realization, and business outcome frameworks for
