AI Process Consultant

📋 Description

• Embed with clients to run discovery and interview operators
• Map current-state processes and surface AI/automation ROI
• Build business cases and prioritize automation roadmaps
• Partner with AI Engineers to translate requirements into specs
• Lead client relationships and accountability for outcomes
• Design future-state workflows for implementable AI solutions
• Manage change and adoption post-deployment
• Travel to client sites as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Economics, CS, or related field
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
• 2+ years in management consulting, deployment strategy, or similar client-facing role
• Demonstrated track record driving complex projects to measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical skills; ROI modeling; basic SQL; Python a plus
• Familiar with Zapier/Make/n8n and SaaS systems (CRMs/ERPs) for integrations
• Experience with SMB clients in services, healthcare, logistics, or retail
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving client environments
• Exceptional communication; run discovery interviews and exec readouts
• Knowledge of AI capabilities (LLMs, agents, and RAG)
• Willingness to travel to client sites
