AI Process Consultant

📋 Description

• Embed with clients to run discovery and map current processes.
• Build business case with ROI and prioritized automation roadmap.
• Design future-state workflows with diagrams, logic, and integrations.
• Partner with AI Engineers to translate requirements and validate outputs.
• Lead change management with stakeholders and adoption tracking.
• Own client relationships end-to-end with executive readouts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Economics, CS, or related field.
• Legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in future.
• 2+ years in management consulting, deployment strategy, or similar client-facing role.
• Demonstrated track record delivering complex projects with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills: ROI modeling; basic SQL; Python is a plus.
• Working knowledge of modern AI capabilities, LLMs, agents, and RAG systems.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments; strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Cleveland/Columbus up to 50%.
