📋 Description

• Embed with clients to run discovery; interview operators; map live workflows.
• Build ROI-focused business cases and propose automation roadmaps.
• Design future-state workflows and translate needs into engineering specs.
• Own the client relationship end-to-end: scope, updates, escalations.
• Lead change management and post-deployment reviews to measure impact.
• On-site delivery; travel to client sites as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Economics, or CS.
• 2+ years in management consulting, deployment strategy, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong analytical skills: ROI modeling; spreadsheets; basic SQL; Python a plus.
• Working knowledge of AI capabilities; ability to scope realistic AI solutions.
• Experience with SMBs and workflow tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) or SaaS systems.
• Excellent communication; ability to run discovery interviews and executive readouts.
