AI Process Engineer

📋 Description

• Co-facilitate diagnostic workshops with CEO; map processes; AS-IS/TO-BE diagrams.
• Lead AS-IS process mapping: steps, owners, systems, handoffs, failure points.
• Build business case (baseline + TO-BE agentized) for each VAP proposal.
• Qualify leads between initial meeting and workshop: confirm problem and authority.
• Run hypothesis phase: map opportunity drivers; score impact/feasibility/speed; pick first deployment target.
• Document client processes: inputs, outputs, owners, systems, data flows.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in process consulting, operations, business analysis, or digital transformation with client exposure.
• Ability to map complex processes into structured technical documentation.
• Experience facilitating workshops or structured interviews with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Daily use of AI tools (LLMs, generative AI) integrated into work.
• Comfortable in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
