AI Process Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Deploy from first file to production workflow.
• 90 days: at least one workflow running; 12 months: 3–5 deployments.
• Drive adoption across engineering and business stakeholders.
• Configure Camunda clusters locally and in cloud environments.
• Debug integration failures and build custom agents.
• Hand off to customers with a trained operating team.

🎯 Requirements

• Enterprise production experience: governance and resilience at scale.
• Technical depth: debug integrations, build a custom agent, stand up a Camunda cluster, explain BPMN.
• Stakeholder communication across engineering, architecture, and business leadership.
• Practical AI experience: production AI use, context management, prompt engineering, integration tradeoffs.
• Comfort with ambiguity; document what you learn.
• Occasional travel may be required.
