AI Product Analyst

📋 Description

• Support the Product Owner in shaping an in-house LLM productivity tool used by 200k+ colleagues.
• Contributing to roadmap execution, product vision, and feature planning.
• Develop and refine features by user insights, MI analysis, and research.
• Translate ideas into clear requirements with Engineering; maintain backlog.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and regional teams to drive adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience across financial services and/or consulting.
• Experience supporting product development or ownership; end-to-end lifecycle.
• Basic knowledge of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, AI safety.
• Familiarity with large-scale transformation initiatives involving data, analytics, or AI/ML.
• Self-starter with initiative; able to operate with limited guidance in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
