AI Product Engineer

📋 Description

• Owns building and scaling an agentic product from the ground up.
• Architect and build production-ready multi-agent systems integrating business tools.
• Develop MCP integrations connecting AI agents with real-world systems.
• Oversee reliability, observability, security, and safe workflow execution.
• Build AI-powered product experiences using LangGraph, Next.js, React, Prisma, Claude Code.
• Balance engineering and product ownership to drive execution with minimal oversight.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development, ideally B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience with multi-agent AI systems in production.
• Experience with MCP integrations in real-world apps.
• Strong production engineering skills: reliability, observability, security, permissions.
• Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, LangGraph.
