AI Product Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect and build a production multi-agent system across core tools (ERP/CRM/spreadsheets/calendars)
• Build and maintain MCPs connecting the harness to real business systems
• Own end-to-end production concerns: reliability, observability, permissions
• Tech Stack: LangGraph, Next.js, React, Prisma, Claude Code
• Define scope, tradeoffs, and drive execution with minimal oversight
• Design for the user, not just the architecture; product-first mindset

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development in B2B SaaS
• Hands-on experience building multi-agent harnesses in production
• Experience building MCPs used in production
• Strong grasp of production concerns: reliability, observability, permissions
• Experience across product and engineering; comfortable owning scoping/decisions
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, LangGraph
