AI Product Engineer

📋 Description

• Owner of building and scaling an agentic product from the ground up
• Architect multi-agent systems interfacing with ERP/CRM/spreadsheets/calendars and other business
• Develop and maintain MCP integrations to connect AI agents with real-world systems
• Own production system requirements: reliability, observability, security, safe workflows
• Build AI-powered product experiences using LangGraph, Next.js, React, Prisma, Claude Code
• Define product scope and drive execution with minimal oversight

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years full-stack development, ideally B2B SaaS
• Hands-on production experience with multi-agent AI systems
• Experience with MCP integrations
• Strong production engineering principles: reliability, observability, security
• Proficient with React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, LangGraph
• Ability to learn new frameworks/tools quickly
