📋 Description

• Partner with teams across KEEN to map workflows, understand pain points, and identify
• Research emerging AI capabilities, tools, and relevant examples from consumer, retail, footwear
• Help define AI use cases, including the problem to solve, intended users, desired outcomes, risks
• Help document pilots, lessons learned, adoption signals, and potential business value for
• Create practical materials—such as playbooks, workflow maps, use-case briefs, training resources
• Contribute to responsible AI practices with privacy, security, accuracy, bias, brand, and human

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Psychology
• Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence, product management, process improvement
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt design
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems, analyze information, synthesize findings, and turn them into clear
• Commitment to responsible handling of confidential information and sound judgment when using AI
