AI Product Manager

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews with law enforcement, dispatchers, or clerks to ID AI needs
• Define PRDs, user stories, and specs for engineering and data science teams
• Competitive market intelligence to identify feature gaps in Public Safety
• Gap analysis of competitor docs and public APIs for roadmap input
• Track AI trends (GenAI, CV, drone tech) for public safety workflows
• Roadmap support: prioritize backlog by impact, feasibility, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Data Science, or related field
• 3-5 years SaaS product experience
• 1-3 years experience with Generative AI
• Foundational ML lifecycle skills (data labeling, training, testing)
• Analytical mindset; use data to justify decisions and KPIs
• Public Safety and Justice markets knowledge (CAD/RMS)
