🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years experience
• Immediate/within 30 days notice period
• Strong hands-on experience managing delivery through Jira, Confluence and Agile ways of working
• Experienced in driving Agile transformation and ways-of-working change
• Experience with Agentic AI capabilities, including designing and writing Claude-style Skills/agent
• Proactively identify and incubate high-value AI use cases
