AI Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead structured discovery sessions with Subject Matter Experts to map current processes, including
• Quantify the current state with cycle times, error rates, manual touchpoints, and cost of failure
• Surface process edge cases, informal workarounds, and undocumented exceptions that SMEs carry in
• Work with the AI Product Director to test design hypotheses during discovery
• Reimagine the process from scratch with AI available, not an AI-assisted version of the status quo
• Author a detailed solution design brief defining AI capability, inputs and outputs, logic, QC

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, product analysis, or closely related role with
• Demonstrated ability to lead structured discovery with domain experts and translate findings into a
• Prior experience at an AI-native fintech, lending company, or high-velocity product environment
• Experience authoring clear written product artefacts including process maps, design briefs
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and structuring undefined problems without waiting for direction
• Experience coordinating with external engineering vendors or technology partners is a plus but not
