Lead Product Owner for in-house LLM productivity tool used by 200,000+ colleagues
Contributing to roadmap, product vision, and feature planning
Develop and refine features via user insights, research, and analytics
Translate ideas to clear requirements with a prioritized backlog
Collaborate with Customer Success and regional teams to drive adoption

🎯 Requirements

5+ years' experience in financial services or consulting
Some experience in product development/ownership and end-to-end lifecycle
Knowledge of Generative AI, including LLMs and prompt engineering
Familiarity with data, analytics, or AI/ML transformation initiatives
Self-starter with initiative, able to operate with limited guidance
Adapting to evolving tech and risk requirements, and cross-team work
Strong problem-solving skills
