AI Product Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Own product marketing for AI within the Freshservice platform.
• Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap and launches.
• Drive content and assets that communicate Freshworks' AI POV.
• Develop messaging that communicates AI value for IT admins, leaders, and buyers.
• Lead cross-functional launch planning with Product, Marketing, Sales, CS, Enablement, and PR.
• Create sales enablement content including decks, battlecards, FAQs, and demos.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of Product Marketing in B2B SaaS.
• Experience launching AI/ML/GenAI or Copilot capabilities.
• Strong messaging/positioning; simplify technical concepts for business and tech audiences.
• Bias toward creatively integrating AI into product marketing.
• Experience leading cross-functional product launches from planning to execution.
• Strong collaboration with Product Management and Engineering.
