Lead the strategy and portfolio: product vision, roadmap, prioritization, build-vs-buy decisions.
Define and deliver end-to-end AI products for internal product teams.
Drive adoption and change management, including training and enablement.
Establish product operating standards and mentor product managers.
Define success metrics and report to senior leadership.
Partner with Legal, Privacy, Security, and IT on AI governance.

🎯 Requirements

Senior product leadership in enterprise B2B SaaS.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring.
Hands-on design of generative/agentic AI in live products.
Fluency in AI product practices: prompt/context design, retrieval, guardrails, human-in-the-loop
Strong research and evidence practice (interviews, A/B testing, analytics).
Experience with product analytics (Amplitude, Pendo, Tableau).
