📋 Description

• Define AI product strategy in Credit Risk to enhance underwriting and lending.
• Lead product discovery: requirements, prioritisation, and business case for AI.
• Own end-to-end AI product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and improvement.
• Act as Product Owner in agile: backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, delivery tracking.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and platform teams to deliver scalable AI in Credit Risk.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specs for AI/ML use cases.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, or AI/data transformation roles
• Strong domain expertise in Credit Risk, lending, underwriting, or credit decisioning.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within AI, data, or digital transformation programmes
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including model lifecycle, model evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
• Experience with AI use cases in risk or lending (credit scoring, risk modelling).
• Familiarity with Generative AI and its application within financial services is advantageous
