Hands-on experience working on software products in a QA, product, or technical support role
You have built or experimented with Claude Code
Track record of resolving product issues quickly and independently
Ability to read user feedback and extract signal from noise
Clear written communication and issue escalation
Comfortable working without a detailed process in place
