📋 Description

• Work through product issues reported by users with speed and precision; regularly work in the
• Read between the lines of user feedback to identify the real problem and prioritize accordingly.
• Maintain a running pulse on user experience across products, flagging patterns and systemic issues
• Use Claude Code and other AI tools to move faster and resolve more, without sacrificing judgment.
• Keep relevant teammates informed with crisp, specific updates on what's broken, fixed, or needs
• Document fixes, edge cases, and recurring issues to build institutional knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in QA, product, or technical support roles on software products.
• Built or experimented with Claude Code and understand how to apply AI tooling to accelerate real
• Track record of resolving product issues quickly and independently.
• Ability to read user feedback and extract signal from noise with UX understanding.
• Clear written communication and effective escalation skills.
• Comfortable working without detailed processes; able to create own system for managing volume.
