• Work through product issues reported by users with speed and precision, regularly working in the

• Maintain a running pulse on the user experience across products, flagging patterns and systemic
• Use Claude Code and other AI tools to move faster and resolve more without sacrificing judgment.
• Keep relevant teammates informed with crisp, specific updates on what's broken, fixed, or needs
• Document fixes, edge cases, and recurring issues to build institutional knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience working on software products in a QA, product, or technical support role.
• Built or experimented with Claude Code and understand how to apply AI tooling to accelerate real
• Track record of resolving product issues quickly and independently.
• Ability to read user feedback and extract signal from noise; understands UX to distinguish real
• Clear written communication and ability to escalate issues with actionable context.
• Comfortable working without a detailed process; can create own system for managing volume and
