🎯 Requirements

Hands-on experience in QA, product, or technical support
Built or experimented with Claude Code and understand AI tooling
Track record of resolving product issues independently
Ability to read user feedback and extract signal from noise
Clear written communication and escalation skills
Comfortable working without a detailed process
