AI Product Strategy & Operation Senior Manager

📋 Description

• Contribute to a user-centered AI product strategy that dials into customers' needs and product
• Support key operating initiatives in cooperation with cross-functional partners
• Review business initiatives and intelligence activities by tracking key metrics like revenue
• Assist in operational processes such as Quarterly Product Reviews and Annual Planning, ensuring
• Conduct market assessments and review strategy in partnership with senior staff and the Product
• Oversee AI initiatives to drive growth and operational efficiency across the portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8-10 years of experience at a top management consulting firm, private equity, investment
• Expertise and/or strong interest in the enterprise software/SaaS industry, ideally in the AI space
• Experience using quantitative skills to optimize Product Strategy and inform operational excellence
• Effective communication skills - both verbally and in writing, comfortable in business and
• Track record of owning cross-functional projects, building trusting relationships, and influencing
• Collaborative and able to think independently

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay of $165,500 - $289,600 plus equity (when applicable)
