📋 Description

• Lead AI transformation programmes across Wealth & Asset Management.
• Oversee roadmaps, governance, delivery, risk in regulated environments.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define roadmaps and AI capabilities.
• Drive governance, KPI tracking, benefits realisation, and exec reporting.
• Embed responsible AI, regulatory, risk governance into delivery.
• Support client growth via mentoring, thought leadership, and propositions.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading large-scale WAM programmes in financial services.
• Strong governance, Agile/hybrid delivery in regulated settings.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI-enabled automation.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate strategy into delivery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management.
