🎯 Requirements

2–5 years in finance roles (IB, equity research, FP&A, risk).
CFA or CPA is a strong plus.
Strong analytical skills; financial modeling and data analysis.
Experience managing complex projects in fast-paced environments.
Deep interest in AI; AI/ML experience valued but not required.
