AI Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large IT projects from initiation through closure.
• Translate objectives into delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk profiles.
• Actively manage scope, schedule, quality, and delivery risks; take corrective actions.
• Drive delivery across multiple workstreams through the full SDLC.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Platform.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships; operate effectively in a matrixed environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field (or Business Management with relevant experience).
• Minimum 5 years of PM experience delivering IT/software initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience leading delivery across multiple teams, dependencies, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong background with software, data, platform, or AI teams.
• Experience delivering AI, GenAI, or data-driven initiatives.
• Familiarity with Jira; cloud delivery (AWS, Azure, or GCP) a plus.
