AI Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end AI initiatives across functions
• Drive AI transformation from idea to production
• Be the single accountable owner for AI solutions
• Redesign processes to enable agent-driven automation
• Partner with IT AI CoE and business stakeholders
• Define metrics, owners, and timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
• 3+ years as technical PM/product manager with proven business analysis capabilities
• Hands-on with AI projects for at least 1 year
• Familiarity with Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar agent platforms
• Solid understanding of AI agents, automation, and how AI reshapes processes
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects combining transformation and automation
