AI Project Manager (Growth Marketing)

📋 Description

• Own the outcome: set goals, KPIs, plan, budget and timeline for each AI project; accountable for
• Identify and validate AI use cases that solve business problems and improve marketing efficiency.
• Run pilots with local teams and decide on data whether to scale, iterate or stop.
• Build hands-on: configure tools, write and test prompts, build agents and automations (n8n, Make

• Create playbooks, prompt libraries, training and handover so markets can adopt proven solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing projects in marketing, growth, marketing operations or similar commercial area
• Proven track record of owning AI projects that delivered measurable results.
• Deep, daily, hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) for research
• Experience building AI agents or automations with no-code or low-code tools (e.g., n8n, Make
• Solid understanding of LLMs: prompting, limits and risks (hallucinations, data privacy) and
• Strong analytical skills: set KPIs, read data and make data-driven decisions.
