🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in PM, delivery, or transformation in financial services/consulting.
• Proven experience leading large-scale AI initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Strong governance, risk, and stakeholder management in complex orgs.
• Experience delivering or supporting AI, ML, or Generative AI initiatives.
• Familiarity with enterprise governance processes and regulatory controls in financial services.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence across business and tech functions.
