AI Red Team Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize security risks across code, services, infra, pipelines, and supply chain.
• Validate findings for exploitability, severity, affected products, and remediation priority.
• Collaborate with Security Research and Product to translate findings into outputs and improvements.
• Work with App Sec and Engineering to move findings through remediation and reduce repeats.
• Champion AI-SDLC by turning patterns into reusable guidance and playbooks.
• Create remediation guidance and engineering-ready fix proposals and PRs.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering; 2+ years in staff engineer or leadership role.
• Proven experience identifying, validating, remediating vulnerabilities in production software and supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong ability to read and reason about complex codebases, preferably Java/Kotlin/JVM.
• Hands-on with SAST/DAST/SCA, secret scanning, threat modeling, and secure code review.
• Translate findings into remediation guidance and risk-based priorities, and drive remediation efforts.
