• Generate AI/ML ideas and design experiments
• Implement and evaluate results of experiments
• Prepare and present work to conferences/workshops
• Provide technical insight with clear reports
• Collaborate with researchers, silicon and software engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s, PhD or equivalent in a technical field
• Python with PyTorch or JAX
• Deep learning fundamentals: models, optimization, scaling
• Design, execute and report ML experiments
• Low-level programming for hardware: C++/CUDA/Triton
• Hardware-aware DL: threads, caches, vector/matrix engines
