🎯 Requirements

• Hold MSc or PhD in ML, CS, or math with DL focus
• Experience training LLMs, VLMs, or multimodal backbones
• Strong Python and DL framework skills (PyTorch/JAX)
• Ability to implement custom layers, losses, distributed loops
• Excellent communicator, team player, proactive
• First-principles mindset and ability to apply latest research
