AI Research Engineer - Reinforcement Learning

📋 Description

• Develop and integrate RL agents for autonomous aerial platform in CA-1 Europa/Centaur project.
• Own the pipeline from large-scale simulation training to real-time deployment on flight-ready
• Collaborate across European teams and report research findings clearly.

🎯 Requirements

• MSc in Reinforcement Learning, Robotics, Automation and Control, or related field focused on
• Hands-on experience building, training, and deploying RL agents; proven transfer from simulation to
• Deep familiarity with modern RL and multi-agent RL: model-free methods (e.g., PPO, SAC)
• Experience integrating RL policies into high-performance runtime systems with latency/throughput
• Solid software engineering: Python and/or Rust/C++, production deployment, testing, QA, monitoring.
• Excellent communication to present research findings internally and externally.
