AI research scientist

📋 Description

• Lead an independent research agenda on large language models and agentic systems, from hypothesis
• Design and execute post-training experiments (SFT, RLHF, RLAIF, DPO) to improve reasoning and
• Build novel evaluation benchmarks for complex enterprise tasks
• Develop scalable data synthesis and curation pipelines, including LLM-as-judge and synthetic data
• Shape model architecture and training roadmap, collaborating with engineering and product teams
• Publish research at top venues (e.g., NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, ACL)

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on ML research, with expertise in LLM pre-training and post-training
• Ph.D. in CS, ML, NLP or equivalent research experience
• Expert knowledge of SFT, RLHF, RLAIF, DPO, GRPO
• Strong Python and PyTorch (or JAX) skills
• Publication record at competitive ML/AI conferences
• Experience designing/evaluating agentic systems
