📋 Description

• Join Snowflake's AI Research team to push autonomous AI systems.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in CS/ML/AI or closely related field (completed or near completion)
• Foundational RL expertise (RLHF, DPO, PPO) or multi-agent systems
• Experience in LLM post-training, fine-tuning, or reasoning model development
• Ability to implement agentic architectures (tool-use, planning, self-correction)
• Proficiency in Python; PyTorch or JAX strongly preferred
• Strong mathematical/analytical background for theory and experiment
