📋 Description

• Architect end-to-end learned systems using LLMs and RL to automate workflows
• Build large-scale infra to evaluate answers and reward learning systems
• Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure user value
• Raise code quality, reliability and velocity across the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in Computer Science or related degree
• 3-6 years on LLM training or post-training (or equivalent PhD)
• Proficient in LLM training code in PyTorch or JAX
• Experience with a strongly typed language (Rust, C++, or Java)
• Strong programming skills and CS fundamentals
