• Deep understanding of NN architectures, sequence modeling, attention, optimization, and training dynamics.
• Hands-on ML with PyTorch or JAX.
• Experience designing rigorous experiments and communicating results.
• Experience with non-Transformer architectures, long-context or memory-efficient AI systems valued.
