🎯 Requirements

• Strong ML research background in AI model architecture.
• Publications in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR/COLM/ACL/EMNLP/arXiv.
• Deep understanding of neural nets, sequence modeling, attention, and training dynamics.
• Hands-on ML with PyTorch or JAX.
• Ability to design and analyze rigorous experiments and report results.
• Experience with non-Transformer architectures, long-context or memory-efficient models preferred.
