• Deep understanding of NN architectures, sequence modeling, attention, and optimization.
• Hands-on ML with PyTorch or JAX.
• Proven ability to design rigorous experiments and report results clearly.
• Thrives in fast-moving, collaborative startup with high ownership.
• Experience with non-Transformer architectures, long-context or memory-efficient AI.
• Familiarity with training techniques, inference optimization, open-source contributions.
