🎯 Requirements

• Strong ML research background with AI model architecture specialization.
• Publication record in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR/ACL/EMNLP/arXiv.
• Deep understanding of neural networks, sequence modeling, attention, optimization, and training dynamics.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch or JAX.
• Able to design rigorous experiments and communicate findings clearly.
• Experience with non-Transformer architectures, long-context or memory-efficient AI.
