📋 Description

• Design and conduct research on multilingual datasets (collection, filtering, quality).
• Develop strategies for low-resource languages via sampling, augmentation, and curriculum learning.
• Improve multilingual LLMs via cross-lingual transfer, alignment, and robustness.
• Build multilingual evaluation benchmarks to measure cross-language model quality.
• Collaborate with ML engineers/researchers to shape training pipelines, architectures, and deployment.
• Publish research at AI/NLP conferences and contribute to open-source when appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced background in NLP, ML, AI, or related field.
• Proven multilingual/cross-lingual language modeling research with publications at major venues.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale multilingual text datasets and modern ML workflows.
• Strong understanding of multilingual tokenization, vocab design, transfer learning, representation learning, data quality, filtering, and bias mitigation.
• Proficiency in Python and DL frameworks like PyTorch or JAX.
• Ability to work independently and manage research initiatives in a fast-moving startup.
