📋 Description

• Design and conduct multilingual dataset research: collection, filtering, quality.
• Develop strategies for low-resource languages via sampling and augmentation.

• Build and refine multilingual evaluation benchmarks across languages.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced background in NLP, ML, AI, or related field.
• Proven multilingual/cross-lingual modeling research with publications (ACL/NeurIPS).
• Hands-on experience with large-scale multilingual datasets and ML workflows.
• Strong understanding of multilingual tokenization, vocab design, transfer learning, and bias mitigation.
• Proficiency in Python and DL frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX.
• Ability to work independently, manage research, and deliver results in a fast-moving startup.
• Experience with XTREME, FLORES, TyDi QA, open-source NLP, or LLM training is a strong advantage.
