AI Revenue Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Build and maintain automated pipelines from Salesforce, NetSuite, and OpenAir to a central database.
• Turn business asks into buildable technical specs with clarifying questions.
• Author and refine Claude-based skills and dashboards for RevOps, Finance, and Services.
• Own relationships with Finance/Services on data connections and fixes.
• Maintain data quality: validation, deduplication, monitoring, and documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with workflow automation tools, databases, and dashboards (N8N, MongoDB, Power BI).
• Comfort with Python/JavaScript and database query syntax.
• Familiarity with LLM tooling and agentic AI (Claude/OpenAI APIs, skill/prompt design).
• Excellent written English and async communication skills.
• Working familiarity with enterprise systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive Insights).
• Experience converting business needs into technical requirements; BA or hybrid ops/technical background a plus.
