AI Search Innovation Lead

📋 Description

• Own strategic evolution of SEO with LLMs and AI search results.
• Lead testing and measurement of how LLMs construct answers.
• Design analytics to track AI visibility across models and MCPs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and PR for AI ingestion.
• Evaluate new LLM releases and AI platforms; translate to tests.
• Develop PR and community strategies to shape LLM perception.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in STEM (Engineering/Math/Stats/Data Analytics).
• 6–9 years SEO experience with ownership and problem solving.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional work.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript; SQL familiarity a plus.
• English fluency; additional languages are a plus.
