📋 Description

• Define and evolve AI platform architecture for scalable, secure, trustworthy AI across teams.
• Design, build, and operate production AI systems with LLMs, retrieval pipelines, agent workflows, and multi-agent runtimes.
• Establish evaluation, governance, auditability, and traceability for measurable, compliant AI.
• Evaluate emerging AI tech and cloud capabilities; balance speed and long-term health.
• Drive reliability, observability, monitoring, and incident response across AI systems.
• Partner with Product, QA, Security, SMEs, and Engineering to deliver value and shared ownership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering with cross-team impact.
• 2+ years building and operating production AI systems.
• Experience designing distributed SaaS, cloud-native, multi-tenant platforms at scale.
• Experience implementing AI guardrails, governance controls, and safety mechanisms.
• Strong AWS production experience; IaC with CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
• Strong communication and ability to influence architectural decisions across teams.
