AI Software Engineer (Senior or Staff)

📋 Description

• Design and build the Ledgy Agent system for AI-assisted workflows
• Develop and maintain the Ledgy MCP server
• Design systems to measure agent quality through evaluations, tracing, and feedback
• Build scalable AI foundations across the platform
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers
• Own parts of the AI platform and contribute to technical direction

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Strong TypeScript/Node fundamentals across backend and frontend
• Experience building and shipping agentic or LLM-based software to production
• Experience designing agent internals: tools, context, prompt engineering, state, streaming, and
• Proficiency with at least one agent framework or runtime
• Ability to improve systems using evidence (evals, regression sets, tracing, feedback)
