• Experience designing platform APIs, SDKs, and shared services.
• Able to explain trade-offs, mentor others, and partner with stakeholders.
• Practical AI tooling: LLM APIs, vector stores, RAG, evals, agent frameworks.
• Understand software architecture and Git; delivery-focused in regulated environments.
